I’m definitely staying here again, view was amazing, rooms were comfy bed was comfy for everybody. The areas were Awesome my kid enjoyed the park areas. The pool was nice and warm at night with the LED lights. And the private access to the beach was a super niche touch. Also I ran into some issues with my car rental while here and Luis was so kind to let us have a complementary extra hour before we had to go this helped me a lot since i had to solve the last minute changes with the car breaking down and the rental company not being so supportive.

The unit was excellent with all the comforts of home and everything you might need for your beach vacation. It was exactly as described. The private beach was fantastic. The grounds of the facility were beautiful, and we felt very safe in the gated community. Jaime was extremely responsive to any of our questions or issues that came up.

We had a great stay and enjoyed using all the pools, the playground, and the beach. (FYI the waterslide appears to only operate on weekends). This unit is located right next to a playground and a pool, which was great. It was equipped with a wagon, beach chairs, and coolers for outings. The kitchen was well stocked with pans which were in good shape, and we were able to cook for ourselves all week. The air conditioners worked great. The location was good for getting to San Juan, El Yunque, and Fajardo.

Host was responsive to any need we had, the home was beautiful in a nice gated community, and the location was close our scheduled activities. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Everything was great! Clear instructions from the host and a perfect match to the description. The place had everything and even more! You could arrive with just a backpack, and everything else would be there— from beach essentials to kitchen and bathroom supplies. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at this beautiful place. Jaime is a really nice & friendly host with great communication upfront.
The house is very well equipped and it was really great . Jaime is one of my favorite host in Airbnb , a lot of balls and extras in the unit, a great place, nice pools, bbq grill in the balcony, Ac in the whole apartment. It has a private beach, Unit has volleyball sand court, mini-golf, tennis and basketball courts as well. Jaime responds very quick and he is super friendly and helpful. 5 starts stay. Muchas Gracias Jaime for all your help.
